Russia attacked Kherson, targeting residential areas and critical infrastructure with all available weapons. 10 people were injured, 2 people killed. Citizens sustained explosive injuries and injuries to their arms, legs and heads, the regional military administration reported.

Explosions were heard in all districts of the city, fires broke out in residential buildings. There is no electricity supply in the city and traffic lights are not working.
