The appeal with take place in the Circuit Court in front of a jury, and because I’m representing myself, I will have the opportunity to cross examine the 3 Garda witnesses who gave evidence against me.

‼️1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.

‼️2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. The rapid spread of SARS-CoV-2 (also known as 2019-nCoV and HCoV-191), a novel lineage B betacoronavirus (βCoV), has caused a global pandemic of coronavirus disease (COVID-19). It has been speculated that RRAR, a unique furin-like cleavage site (FCS) in the spike protein (S), which is absent in other lineage B βCoVs, such as SARS-CoV, is responsible for its high infectivity and transmissibility.2

A coronavirus (CoV) infects the target cell by either cytoplasmic or endosomal membrane fusion. No matter what path it chooses, the final step of viral entry involves the release of RNA into the cytoplasm for replication. Therefore, the fusion capacity of the CoV-S is a leading indicator of infectivity of the corresponding virus. Consisting of S1 receptor-binding subunit and S2 fusion subunit, CoV-S needs to be primed through cleavage at S1/S2 site and S2′ site in order to mediate the membrane fusion (Fig. 1a). Previous studies have shown that an insertion of FCS consisting of multiple basic amino acids in the cleavage site of the haemagglutinin (HA) is associated with high virulence of influenza viruses.3 Coincidentally, phylogenetic analysis of SARS-CoV-2 identified an insertion of RRAR (FCS) at the S1/S2 site of SARS-CoV-2-S, which is absent in SARS-CoV and other SARS-related coronaviruses (SARSr-CoVs), particularly RaTG13, which has 96% identity of its genomic sequence to that of SARS-CoV-2 (Fig. 1b and Supplementary Fig. S1). Therefore, it has been speculated that this unique FCS may provide a gain-of-function, making SARS-CoV-2 easily enter into the host cell for infection, thus efficiently spreading throughout the human population, compared to other lineage B betacoronaviruses.

In December, it was announced that ‘RIP.IE’, Ireland’s ONLY online funeral notice website, would cease being free of charge and will commence charging €100 (plus VAT) per notice from 1/1/25.

Let me explain, by taking you back to March 2020 when we passed through the Covid ‘looking glass’ into a world where your government wants you dead.

BATTLEGROUND MARCH 2020:

The Irish puppet government rows in with the global roll out of fear.

The threat of a ‘novel virus’, deaths from Covid 19 and the need for lockdowns, masks etc. are normalised in double quick time with the aid of global communications.

The ‘New Normal’ was the new mantra and if you didn’t go along you were a conspiracy theorist and a potential ‘granny killer’ to boot.

The former of more concern than the latter to Varadkar, Martin and Harris et al.

News of ‘Covid deaths’ were paraded across our TV screens putting the fear of God in a population that had long ago stopped being God-fearing if even God believing.

In time, fear of these ‘Covid deaths’ was used to intimidate people into taking part in an experimental gene medical procedure, the Covid 19 ‘vaccines’, which have unleashed death and illness on the Irish and western world populations like never before.

EVIDENCE FOR THE PROSECUTION:

In Ireland, there is an unenforceable 3 month period allowed to register a death.

This combined with a quarterly release of Central Statistic Office (CSO) mortality figures and even then, not by month of occurrence, should have meant that government Covid 19 mortality figures released in the media were unchallengeable during 2020.

Except… ‘RIP.IE’, as an independent broker, had all the data to prove them wrong and many ‘conspiracy theorists’ used this evidence then and since to not only question but demolish the government and MSM narrative.

DEFAMATION CASE TAKEN AGAINST BBC BY ASHLING MURPHY'S PARTNER AFTER KITTY HOLLAND SAID HIS WORDS WERE "INCITEMENT TO HATRED"

Parts of Ryan Casey’s victim-impact statement were called "incitement to hatred" by Irish Times journalist Kitty Holland on BBC Northern Ireland programme The View last November.

Host Mark Carruthers interviewed Holland who said the media were right not to report on Ryan Casey’s full statement as they were “not helpful”.

Holland appeared to feel as though Casey was not entitled to have his thoughts about his murdered girlfriend shared with the public and said “elements that were not good” in his statement. She said the far right had “latched onto” the comments but were ignoring all the cases of violence perpetrated on women by white, Irish men.

Ryan Casey filed a High Court defamation case against the British broadcaster on Thursday and is represented by Tullamore firm Brian P Adams & Co. Holland is not being sued.

The BBC had no comment.

Ryan Casey made a brave, honest, devastating and heartbreaking victim-impact statement to the court, outlining his love for his murdered girlfriend Ashling Murphy and their plans to build a house, get married and have children together.

He said she was “the girl of my dreams and my soul mate” and the pain of losing her was "indescribable" but said Roma killer Jozef Puska was the “epitome of pure evil”.

Very few could surely argue with what he states about Puska and Ireland, and it was during that week that the stabbings in Parnell Square happened also. His victim impact statement and the attack on three 5 year olds and their teacher seemed to mark a massive turning point for the country and their tolerance for mass immigration and government and media gaslighting about Immigrant related crimes.

Ryan Casey stated: “It just doesn’t make any sense to me how somebody who is just so insignificant, worthless, lowest of the low, burden to society and overall, a waste of life, can completely and permanently destroy so many people’s lives by taking the life of a person who is the complete opposite – a life with meaning, a life with dreams, a life of love and compassion, respect; a person who contributed to society in the best ways possible,” he said.

Mr Casey said: “It just sickens me to the core that someone can come to this country, be fully supported in terms of social housing, social welfare, and free medical care for over 10 years – over 10 years – never hold down a legitimate job and never once contribute to society in any way shape or form [and] can commit such a horrendous, evil act of incomprehensible violence on such a beautiful, loving and talented person who in fact, worked for the State, educating the next generation and represented everything that is good about Irish society.

“I feel like this country is no longer the country that Ashling and I grew up in and has officially lost its innocence when a crime of this magnitude can be perpetrated in broad daylight. This country needs to wake up; this time things have got to change.

“We have to, once and for all, start putting the safety of not only Irish people but everybody in this country who works hard, pays taxes, raises families and overall contributes to society, first.

“We don’t want to see any other ­family in this country go through what we have gone through and are continuing to go through.”
