Holy shit, that's pretty damn good.
TL;DW, season passes must now have exact explanations as to what is included, as in 'how many DLCs', 'when they will release (exact specificity up to the developer)', and 'a rough guideline as to what is included in them'. To back this up, steam is forcefully guaranteeing, that if any individual item listed in the season pass is not included, you are directly refunded for the equivalent value of that individual item, or potentially even the whole pass.
