This is what always happen. People give a shit, think just with money in mind, don't follow the rules or think only about themselves, so they don't think about future and consequences, until something tragic happens and then they want to fix such issues with money or "i'm so sorry"

The captain of a South Korean ferry which sank with the loss of 304 lives - many of them schoolchildren - has apologised in court and admitted he was responsible for a "grave crime".

According to South Korea's Yonhap news agency, he said he deserved the death penalty for his role in the disaster.
