It's not about doing MORE work!

It's about doing the right work.

The only tasks you should be prioritizing are the ones that move the lever FORWARD.

And when it comes to Youtube...

The ONLY tasks that matter are the ones that involve CREATING.

Checking emails, watching tutorials, hanging out in the comments section...

None of those things will move the lever forward!

This is why outsourcing is so powerful in many ways.

Yes you can outsource the entire process, but in the beginning it might not be the easiest thing to do.

So you can start by finding the tasks that aren't moving the lever forward, but still need to be done...

And outsource them so you can focus on the tasks that matter.

Just doing that will SKYROCKET your productivity.

But there's one problem...

Trying to find the right people to outsource the work is difficult.

Sometimes it leads to getting over charged, finding someone who just isn't good at the task, or simply getting scammed.

But I have a big announcement coming on Monday that may just solve that problem.

Catch you tomorrow,

Egor

PS - Seriously, you don’t want to miss Monday's post

"I'll work on that video tomorrow"...

And then tomorrow turns into next week.

I've been there too.

Procrastination is your biggest enemy, especially when you're your own boss.

Without someone to answer to, it's easy to let things slide. And before you know it, your YouTube channel is gathering dust instead of views.

That’s why accountability is so important.

I used to think I could do this all on my own. I'd set goals, make plans, and tell myself I'd stick to them.

But life happens, distractions pop up, motivation dips, and those plans? They often took a backseat.

So I tried something different.

I teamed up with a fellow creator who was on a similar journey.

We decided to check in with each other every week, sharing what we aimed to achieve and reporting back on our progress.

The outcome was crazy.

I was way more consistent knowing I'd have to explain why I didn't upload that video pushed me to get it done.

I started hitting my goals more regularly, so my productivity was through the roof.

And because we were constantly sharing wins (and even setbacks) it kept things exciting.

So my motivation was at an all time high.

But it's not just about having a buddy to keep you in check.

It's about creating a system where you're not the only one invested in your success.

Because accountability can come in many forms:

- Peer Groups
- Mentorships
- Public Commitments

Think about it...

Athletes have coaches, students have teachers, employees have managers. Why should creators like us do it alone?

If you're flying solo, it might be time to bring someone else on board. Trust me, it can make all the difference between stagnation and growth.

More thoughts coming your way soon.

Catch you tomorrow,

Egor

Ever wonder why some YouTubers seem to explode in popularity while others, maybe like yourself, are stuck treading water?

Here's a little secret: It's not just about awesome content or beating the algorithm.

There's an underrated game-changer that most people completely overlook.

It's the power of community.

Imagine being connected with a group of creators who are just as ambitious and driven as you are. A place where you can:

- Share insights and shortcuts you've discovered, and learn from others who've been there and done that.
- Stay motivated when the going gets tough, because let's face it, we all have those days.
- Unlock opportunities for collaborations, shout-outs, and insider tips that you'd never stumble upon alone.

When I tapped into a community like this, everything shifted. Growth accelerated, ideas flowed, and the whole process became way more enjoyable.

Going solo might seem noble, but it's often the slow lane to success.

So, here's something to ponder.

What could being part of a like-minded community do for your YouTube journey?

Think about it.

PS - Sometimes, the biggest leaps forward come from the people you surround yourself with.

I know what you’re going through…

You're putting in all the effort but not getting the results you expected.

You're grinding away, creating content, tweaking thumbnails, studying analytics—but your channel isn't taking off like you hoped. It's frustrating, right?

Here's something to consider: Maybe it's not about how hard you're working, but about who you're working with.

We often hear about the "solo entrepreneur" hustling their way to success, but the reality is that doing it alone can actually hold you back.

Think about it:

- Who's there to keep you on track when motivation dips? Without accountability, it's easy to let things slide.
- Who can you brainstorm with when you're fresh out of ideas? A fresh perspective can ignite creativity.
- Who celebrates your wins or helps you navigate setbacks? Support can make the journey a lot less lonely.

Even the most successful creators have a network—a team, a community, mentors. They don't do it all by themselves.

When I started connecting with other like-minded individuals, everything changed. Ideas flowed easier, obstacles seemed smaller, and progress sped up. It wasn't magic; it was the power of collaboration.

So here’s the question.

Could surrounding yourself with a supportive community be the game-changer you've been missing?

I'll share more about this tomorrow.

Talk soon,

Egor

There's a silent obstacle that's keeping your YouTube channel from taking off, and it's probably not what you think.

You might be blaming the algorithm, your editing skills, or even your content ideas. But here's the twist: the real issue might be something entirely different.

Picture this—you dive into YouTube automation with all the enthusiasm in the world. You've got the latest AI tools, a list of video ideas, and a burning desire to succeed. But after a few weeks, that initial spark starts to fade. Videos aren't performing as expected, motivation dips, and you begin to wonder if it's all worth it.

Sound familiar?

It's not about the tools or the tactics—it's about having the right support system in place.

Without accountability, it's easy to procrastinate or get sidetracked. Without a community of like-minded creators, staying inspired becomes a challenge. And without guidance from someone who's been there, small hurdles can feel like massive roadblocks.

I’ve seen countless talented people hit this invisible wall. They have everything it takes to succeed but miss out on one crucial element that propels others forward.

But here's the good news… Recognizing this missing piece is the first step toward real progress.

Over the next few days, I'm going to share some insights and stories that could help you break through this barrier. No fluff, just real talk about what might be holding you back and how to overcome it.

Stay tuned—this could be the game-changer you've been waiting for.

Catch you tomorrow,

Egor
