Automatic Shut Off from Eaton UPS?
Hi All,
I recently acquired an Eaton 9PX1500GRT from a friend, and I was wondering if there was a way of being able to use this to SAFELY automatically power down my NAS in a power outage.

I have figured out how to configure the UPS to basically just power it off pretty much immediately if input power is lost and power up the port upon power restoration, but I am having issues figuring out how to control the NAS. I am running FreeNAS.
I have a Supermicro C9Z490-PGW motherboard (a somewhat-gag gift from a friend who is into non-RGB gaming machines, while I embrace the "unicorn vomit") with a Corsair ATX12V PSU (standard desktop PSU). I am using one of the X16 slots for my raid controller card, so I would essentially have an x1 and either an x16 or two x8 slots to find a solution.

# Now, the question: How do I connect my UPS to my FreeNAS machine in such a way that will allow me to power down the computer automatically when power is lost without any crazy web-based management?
Thanks,
CT
EDIT: I removed all references to power up issues, since I figured it out (just a simple BIOS option...goddammit, this is why I always feel like I am asking stupid questions...)
