How to quit for good.
Hey guys, I go on here everyday and see so many of you’s struggling to keep streaks, relapsing, feeling like shit, posting on here for everyone to make you feel better and then just go do it again. Well I think I know where your going wrong. You think that by just not touching your dick your life will just improve? Wrong, touching your dick has a massive roll to play but to never fap again that’s not what you should be focused on. Your focus shouldn’t be not fapping and waiting for your life to get better. Your focus should be how can you make your life better now fapping is gone? What can you do every single day to improve your life instead of just thinking Nofap is gonna do it for you? You should feel inspired to be free from an addiction and to know the sky is the limit and to never look back. Make other goals other than just nofap and smash them. Put your focus on other goals rather than just Nofap. I feel like a lot of you’s get so caught up in the whole “streaks” shit. Fapping won’t even be an option when you fill your life up with meaningful, purposeful, life goals. Anyways I hope this helps, here are some things that made my journey 10 times easier.
1. deleting social media - holy shit I can’t tell you how much easier this made it for me, basically every time I had a trigger it was from social media. YOU DONT NEED IT, YOU CAN LIVE A BETTER LIFE WITHOUT IT.
2. Having other goals to focus on instead of Nofap - this one helped me forget about streaks and Nofap and instead focus my energy into other things, which funnily enough made me forget about fapping all together. I started doing private jobs on weekends (I’m a builder) and started to focus on making money instead.
3. HEALTH & FITNESS - now I’m sure you’ve heard this before but when you get into your health and fitness enough you DO NOT want to do anything to jeopardise that, I workout, eat healthy and have a good mindset, and when you have them 3 you feel good enough as it is and don’t feel the need for 5 seconds of pleasure.
4. THE BIGGEST TIP - Okay do you guys actually see how much of an advantage you have over people that don’t know porn is destroying there lives?? USE THAT DAMN ADVANTAGE, AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERY SECOND OF IT!! You’ve got a life hack that puts you ahead of everyone! Jesus why would you jeopardise that for 5 seconds of pleasure? Please, your smarter than that.
