So in an effort to enhance the token as much as we can before we officially launch, the team decided to increase the liquidity for Sonar. We want to provide as much floor price support as possible.

In doing so, the tokenomics have changed to reflect the PING/BNB ratio needed to maintain this additional liquidity support.

The Token Price has been adjusted as follows:


Private Sale: 5,000 PING/BUSD or 1,760,000 PING/BNB
DxSale Sale: 4,500 PING/BUSD or 1,584,000 PING/BNB
PancakeSwap Sale: 4,000 PING/BUSD or 1,408,000 PING/BNB


It is important to understand that this is still beyond the original 4,500 PING/BUSD in the Whitelist Private Sale offering. We find this a healthy balance for price to maximize our commitment to provide as much liquidity support to Sonar and all Sonar holders.


• The decision was made to give the greatest amount of workable liquidity to provide floor price support for a successful launch


• 7% increase in liquidity

• Also, the 4,500 to 4,000 price differences from DxSale - PancakeSwap is effectively a "fair launch" as the DxSale is 10% cheaper than PancakeSwap This means that a token sale at launch price equals DxSale without the 10% transaction tax. DxSale holders launch at PancakeSwap price minus the transaction tax

So, just an update on the DxSale Pre-Sale:

We’ve just received confirmation from the DxSale lead developer that they have instituted a mandatory shift in policy for their launches. As such, all launches are required to set the soft cap of a launch at 50% of the hard cap.

With that fact, the DxSale will launch with the following

SOFT CAP: 500 BNB
HARD CAP: 1,000 BNB

Dear Sonarians. We have made the final tabulation of the full Private Sale. We have officially raised 105,000USD in the Private Sale. There were many entrants who were delayed due to the backlog of requests/clarifications, though all were submitted prior to the Private Sale deadline.

This means that DxSale will be launched at a hard cap of 1,000BNB and a soft cap of 272BNB

Due to the amazing turnout during the Private Sale, the offering prices had to be adjusted. As of now, all Private Sale Participants will receive 5,670 PING / BUSD, an additional 1,170 PING / BUSD!

The prices are as follows:
Private Sale: 5,670 PING/BUSD or 1,984,500 PING/BNB
DxSale: 4,725 PING/BUSD or 1,653,750 PING/BNB

Our first AMA!

So just an update. We have been in discussions with DxSale developers regarding the requirement to list PING with a BUSD Liquidity Pool. We were just notified that their contract does not allow for this to happen. Any sale on DxSale requires a 30 day lock on liquidity as a hard logic rule that cannot be avoided. So, we very clearly want to state that for 30 days, the LP will be pegged to BNB, but after 30 days is up, we will convert the LP to BUSD and then re-lock the liquidity with DeepLock Liquidity Locker.

From all of the Sonar Platform team, we are deeply humbled that we had a 50% turnout for the Private Sale. 251 out of 500 provided their trust and confidence with us. We promise that we will do everything in our power not only to keep that trust, but to continue to build upon this foundation that we have all laid together.
