It seems that there is actually more going on, than we may have been misled to perceive previously.

Almost as if the True meaning of our Origins have been lost, or hidden from us.

Why do we not allow space for discussion about our unusual, & sometimes unexplainable experiences, without being ridiculed or labelled delusional.

Is there only one truth?
One belief system?
One way to think, and anything else is wrong?

Diversity is the spice of all our existence, & what has built the world we co-exist in today.

Belief systems have people stuck in self limiting mind traps.

When we Open our Minds, we un-do all the conditioning that was inflicted upon us.
We allow Space for new possibilities, & we give ourselves permission to change our minds, & alter our beliefs.

Many people believe things that aren’t true, yet they shape their entire realities around that belief system. Rigorously stuck in repetitive patterns, otherwise known as. Comfort zones.

You’re free to think your thoughts, without being told how to think.

This really hits deep for a lot of people, the realisation that there’s some radical changes needed, commitment, & dedication in order to grow, & heal.

It’s not always easy to greet our inner demons, we must face ourselves, honestly, to really do the work, to heal.

It’s not always easy, there’s work in unlearning patterns, programs & self sabotaging habits, that we have practiced most of our lives.

it’s a process,
that takes time,
so don’t force it.
Unravel it.

Be gentle with yourself, as you continue unearthing, & weeding old grounds... shadow work is a necessary part of the healing transformation, it’s ok to get our hands a bit dirty!
