ما حكم عيش جميع الزوجات الأربع معا في نفس المنزل؟
📩🔹 السؤال المتابعة:
إذا رأى الزوج أنها ستحقق الوحدة والمزايا ، فإن تربية الأبناء والزوجات يوافقون ويقبلون بشرط الزوج قبل الزواج؟
📩🔹 Question #67:
Is it permissible to have all four (4) wives living under the same house?
📩🔹 Follow-up Question :
If the husband sees that it will bring unity and benefits, the upbringing of the children and the wives agree and accept the husband's condition prior to marriage and are pleased with this?
📩🔸Answer:
و عليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
The sunnah is for each woman(wife) to have a house exclusively for herself.
As Allaah mentions in the Qur'aan:
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُنَادُونَكَ مِن وَرَآءِ ٱلۡحُجُرَٰتِ
Verily! Those who call you from behind the dwellings
Surah [Al- Hujurat 4]
Al- Hujurat (refers to the houses of Prophet’s wives ﷺ), each of them had their homes independently specific to each, and this is the sunnah.
However, if the wives are pleased to live in one place together with their husband then there is no problem.
Because, this is upon agreement, and their being pleased with it, then there is no problem in that.
