தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பச் சட்டம் 2000, பிரிவு 43a மற்றும் 72a வின் படி எனது மருத்துவ தகவல்கள் என்பது என்னுடைய தனிப்பட்ட ரகசிய தகவல்கள் (SPDI - Sensitive Personal Data / Information) ஆகும். அவற்றை எந்த காரணங்களுக்காக கேட்கிறீர்கள், எப்படி கையாளப் போகிறீர்கள் என்பது போன்ற தகவல்களை வழங்காமல் அவற்றை பகிரக் கூறுவது சட்டவிரோதம். ஆகவே இதுகுறித்த தகவல்களை உங்களுக்கு தெரியப்படுத்த விருப்பமில்லை.

Human Rights Legal Explanation Letter:

Keep a printout of the below Legal Explanation Letter copy always with you provided by Tamil Nadu Reform Movement, and keep in mind the contents mentioned in it. And don't forget to use it when you get in trouble from covid illegal activity persons. For persons / persons who force you to undergo a covid test, vaccination or face mask, find the solution by writing the person's name, designation, and full address of the recipient's and sending it only by registered post with acknowledgment card or email.
Do not give in person for any reason. Also keep a copy of this with you at the destination and a letter to the District Collector requesting information about Corona, asking him to show you the identity card of the person who is interfering with you, asking him to respond to the contents of the human rights explanatory letter, and defend yourself.
