🔎🐞In this particular test, we'll be looking for issues preventing the participants of a Video Chat from
hearing or seeing each other. Additionally, you may report other related things, like inability to connect to the Video Chat, app crashes, etc.
1. Collecting logsYou'll be required to provide app logs for some issues – these
do not contain any sensitive information. Before joining the Video Chat, please make sure to have logs enabled:

Android: go to your
Telegram Settings > scroll all the way down, long press 2x on the version text > Enable logs. Then force-close and restart your app.•
iOS: tap 10x on the ⚙️
Settings icon > enable Log to File. Then force-close and restart your app.•
Telegram Desktop: open Settings and type debugmode with your
keyboard. The app will ask if you want to enable the Debug Mode and will restart automatically.• macOS: click 10x on the ⚙️
