Multiple witnesses say that they saw Alexander kicking Blackledge. Another witness says that Alexander implied that he would destroy evidence of the crime when she confronted him about the incident.
Despite all of this, the courts have failed to convict Alexander for a second time.
We can only assume that both jurys were filled with minorities and self-hating Whites who felt that Alexander’s actions were justified because Blackledge allegedly shouted racial slurs at him.
