Let we analyse "Dietary reference intakes for energy, carbohydrate, fiber, fat, fatty acids, cholesterol, protein, and amino acids" more in details"
Like wrote previously there were 5 studies, 4 showing "vegans meet protein intake" https://t.me/VeganNutritionTelegram/33
Let we check start with first "Dietary intake and iron status of Australian vegetarian women". BMI was 22.5+/-3.8. No info about weight at all (this just to show how many studies are just shit with no/missing infos!)
The average Australian woman was 161.8 cm tall and weighed 71.1 kg https://perma.cc/GSC3-3BKH 67kg in 1995 https://perma.cc/S54Q-8HPP For Switzerland 60 to 67kg
Protein 54.1g+/- 14.7, this means LESS THAN 1g/kg! (0.7-0.8🇦🇺 - 0.9🇨🇭g/kg) and on patients with 40g Protein better no to talk .... https://perma.cc/N54E-HBF6
= another bullshit article cited in a cited paper!
Ok, maybe it just this paper, let we check another one, because the PDF for https://perma.cc/9B2A-SWUD is not available even on illegal sites ...
Let we check https://perma.cc/VB52-RATS
For the same 64.3kg+/-11 and 59.4g+/-22.3 means 0.92 as ø with an age 31.6J+/-9 = kids and elderly are MISSING!!!! The other was with women 18-45J and the next one with women 20-40J!!!
Let we check now the last paper (1995): Protein was 51.9g+/-12 and weight 58.6+/-7 means 0.88g/kg EVEN if they consumed over 30kcal/kg and they did 4h exercise each week ....
20-40J needs 1800-2100kcal https://perma.cc/H94N-97SK https://perma.cc/Z3MU-SNY7 or 1861-2147 / 0.83 g/kg https://perma.cc/7UEM-AZ75 means with +10% = 0.88g +20% 0.96g (+30% 1.04g). In such case they cover the +10% and are just women. Supplements usage was 61%.
We probably invested more hours/days to analyse all such things just related to protein intake, compared to what ADA authors did for all their 100 cited studies (and all studies cited in such papers ...)
Conclusion
All 3 studies just considered adult women, protein was max 0.9g/kg (surplus of 10%), but again AVERAGE != all patients.
