Super easy dish to create. Take some chicken mince (we use organic), and season it with tamari, sesame oil, grated ginger, a little garlic and chilli and roll into balls and either grill on skewers (traditional), or pan fry or deep fry in free range pork fat (which is what I did). Simply served with some organic tamari (gluten free soy), organic egg yolk (I popped the egg white through the chicken mince) and a splash of vinegar (we used
@wildmothertas apple cider vinegar, or you can use yuzu juice or lemon juice. If you want extra fat you can add in diced chicken skin which we did also, or add some good quality mayo and wasabi on the side. Great with fresh salad leaves or some cucumber on the side. 🧡🧡🧡
