Job Description
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the estate's buildings, grounds, and other facilities. The Facility Manager will ensure that all facilities are in good working order, safe, and aesthetically pleasing to residents and visitors.
1. Manage maintenance staff, vendors and contractors, including hiring, training, and supervision.
2. Manage the community's budget for maintenance and facility-related expenses
3. Develop Service Level Agreements for key vendors such as for, security, cleaning, landscaping, Power and so on.
4. Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, electricity and recreational, are well-maintained
6. Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
7. Enforcing Strict Compliance to Estate Rules & Regulations and
ensuring that residents pay up approved constitutional dues as at when due
8. Monitoring energy utilization and advising EXCOs on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
9. Overseeing projects, renovations or refurbishments where applicable

12. Report to EXCO to ensure the smooth operation of the community
13. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and facility-related activities
14. Provide weekly and monthly report on vendor/ staff and contractors activities, with advice or fee payment and deductions as required.
15. Plan and manage capital projects, including building upgrades, renovations, and new construction
16. Conduct regular inspections around the estate and create a plan to address any issues found
Qualifications:
1. Degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration or related field
2. 1-2 years proven experience in facility management or related field, with a focus on residential properties
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
7. Proficient in the use of technology, including computer programs and management software
