Senate bill 7 filed January 3rd, 2019. TAPS was also filed January of this year.
Highlights
1) any family member can report you for any reason.
2) they can proceed to a no knock and confiscate without warning; they do not have to tell you what they’re taking (until 72 hours post seizure) and they never have to tell you why you were accused or by whom.
3) they throw in there that it can only extend for 12 months at a time, at the end of this period they can refresh the seizure as many times as they want.
