Just got through finishing season 2? Wanna know what happens next? This is your guide.
If you enjoyed watching season 2, you will enjoy reading it much more. While the anime is one thing, Arc IV in the WN form is truly something else. We highly recommend reading it for the mountain of cut content that didn’t even make it into the LN.
Going straight to Arc V, chapter 1 is an option, you are seriously jumping the gun by doing so.
We recommend starting with the links at the very bottom of this page:

TONS of stuff got cut from the last EP of the season. The very last “chapter” of the document also explains what became of Ryuzu Shima and why she spoke like Echidna in EP 24.
From there, its definitely recommended that you revisit
https://witchculttranslation.com/arc-4/ and go down to the “Arc IV Interludes” section. Those links will take you to the pdf that has all the interlude chapters.
From here, you will have everything you need to start Arc V.
But if you want more Arc 4.5 content, I recommend using this pdf:

If the last chapter of the first linked PDF about Omega interested you, “Witch’s After Tea Party” is very good series of stories that revolve around that.
