I am feeling sad.
Ok, why is that?
What can I do to feel better?
Is it my fault? Actually, in most cases, it is nobody's.
Anyways, it doesn't matter.
Try not to judge yourself for what you are feeling, find a reason/problem and fix it. Numbing won't work as well, the volcano of unsolved problems will eventually explode.
