Yet another confirmation that cops in the United States don't mess around
In Indianapolis, residents of a neighborhood complained to police about Brandon Qualls, who was sitting on the porch of his house and waving a gun at people.
The cop who arrived on the call did not stand on ceremony: at the sight of the gun pointed at him, he ordered his hands in the air and then fired a series of shots.
Qualls died, and the police officer was placed on administrative leave while the incident was investigated.
