First, as you can probably guess, the most common enquiries I am getting at the moment concern vaccine mandates.

I am going to post some resources which might help if:

1. You are either an employee or employer in Victoria who has been affected by the rushed "Vaccination Direction"; or

2. You are an employee in NSW, who is NOT subject to a PHO, but whose employer has mandated the jab anyway (employers might find this useful too).

Good morning friends. I have created this channel because I get dozens of questions and requests for help every week, and while I do my best to get back to everyone, I can't always do so.

So, this channel will be a place where I can share resources which might help the collective, answer the most pertinent questions I am getting, and generally give other updates. Please share this channel and invite whoever you feel may benefit from it.

Although I am a lawyer, it is very important that you do not consider anything I say in this channel as legal advice. I'd also like to say - like all of us, I am more than my profession. I have a particular personal perspective, based on my experience in life so far, that informs my work as well as who I am as a person. My content won't just be limited to "human rights law", but will be applicable to "humanity" generally; particularly in a time when so many have forgotten what being a human means.
