In this Assembly meeting at Bournemouth on Saturday 12th March 2022, I discuss the latest proposal for the next steps in challenging the harms being caused by these injections - including a discussion on the law of informed consent for children which addresses the issue of Gillick competence and the case law of Bell v Tavistock NHS 2020/2021.
I also discuss the reporting DUTY of anyone who knows any evidence which the Coroner should be made aware of in order to investigate the death of a person - citing the Inquiry into the multiple crimes committed by Dr Shipman against his patients.
I draw attention to the 9 pages of harm caused by these injections identified and listed by Pfizer in their own do it meets.
I discuss the John Warboys case briefly regarding the Supreme Court’s judgment that the Metropolitan police had failed in their duty to investigate the crimes being reported to them.
I do hope you all find it helpful.
