1). Before making a purchase, make sure you have already hit the "join" button to our channel, @AntIowe.

2).  Payments are made only via DANA and QRIS with no fee. Payments will be made beforehand, and then you will receive your order.

3). The estimated time for custom orders is 1-5 days depending on how complicated the order is and also depending on our order queue. For our ready-made items, it merely takes 20 minutes to 1 hour to prepare. Inrush orders will be prioritized. For inrush orders, please ask for the availability beforehand.

4).  Any act of plagiarism, duplication, reselling, taking inspo, etc. of our artworks are strictly prohibited. Those who are caught doing the unacceptable actions listed above will be fined IDR. 400,000.
