جریان هایی که به علم و فناوری متصل نباشند خیلی نمی توانند دوام داشته باشند، یا مقطعی رشد، یا مقطعی فروکش می‌کنند.
ساده ترین کاری که میتوان انجام داد این است که امروزه فناوری موجود برای درمان هر سرطانی، بر اساس مشخصات ژنتیکی همان سرطان درمان را ارائه دهد. اگر این کار صورت بگیرد اثر بخشی آن بالا میرود، از طرفی برای افرادی که نباید شکل بگیرد هم هزینه بیهوده پرداخت نشود.
*این موضوع کلی و ابتدایی کنسر ژنومیکس است که امروز به یک بستر ارایه خدمت تبدیل شده است.*
حال می‌توان از انتهای زنجیره شروع کرد و بیماری که پول ندارد را درمان کرد و هم چنین میتوان با قرار گرفتن در ابتدای زنجیره، یک درمان جدید سرطان را توسعه داد که این موضوع می‌تواند نظام سلامت کشور را نجات بدهد.
*در حقیقت تلفیق خیریه و فناوری و خدمت و نوآوری باید یکجا شکل گیرد.*
شرکت های بزرگ به عنوان مسئولیت اجتماعی ورود پیدا کنند و باید یک ظرفیت سازی صورت گیرد تا شرکت هایی که میتوانند با فناوری های جدید بار بیماری سرطان را کم کنند، توسعه یابند.

Scientists at Oregon Health & Science University have discovered elevated PEAR1 expression meant patients were more likely to die sooner from AML. Also, the PEAR1 gene could be targeted with drugs to stop AML.
The researchers emphasized that this study could be a springboard for the rapid design of clinical trials of new drug combinations for the treatment of AML.
