Flat whitelists mean everyone gets the same allocation. Big communities can't all fit inside the cap. Loyal supporters who spent months contributing to the project got the same slice as someone who joined last night.
Some teams wanted to reward big supporters more.
Some communities wanted more members to have a chance to join.
Both were locked out by one-size-fits-all whitelists.
We heard both sides.

โข Smaller wallets get a real chance to join
โข Whales don't have to eat the whole board
โข Everyone gets recognized based on what they actually contributed
Your effort. Your loyalty. Your community role. Recognized by your team, not gated by a launchpad.

We don't decide who deserves what. We don't gatekeep who joins. That's the team's call, shaped by their community, their supporters, their vision.
We just make sure the tool exists so no one's locked out for the wrong reason.
