Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi said tensions with Pakistan can be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy.
He accused Pakistan’s military of relying on force rather than political understanding, while saying Afghanistan has a legitimate right to defend itself against aggression.
