Liquidation Process on C.R.E.A.M. works exactly like the way it works on @compoundfinance. Once a wallet exceeds its borrow power, anyone can liquidate by repaying the underlying debt and taking any collateral, with an 8% liquidation bonus. (Aave's is 15%).
