No one should do this, and the Kremlin will not either," Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing. ▪️On Dec 25 a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines crashed near the city of Aktau, in Kazakhstan, killing 38 of the 67 people onboard.
The plane was en route from Baku to Grozny (Chechnya) but due to fog the flight was redirected to Makhachkala (Dagestan). The crew reported an emergency on board and attempted to land at the Aktau airport. @LauraRuHK
