These rocks absorb tears inside them and if the rock is afraid to move or change, the minerals can settle down and begin forming geodes.
The geodes make their way out from the holes and cracks of the rock, forming such beautiful looking patterns.
They grow gradually and can break through any type of rock, strong or not.
Such events occur very commonly, but sometimes we cannot see them because from the outside the rock seems solid, even though it's actually an empty shell forming geodes inside.
