Telegram Desktop Has Been Updated to Version 5.8.3

What's new:
• Ctrl+Click on “Reply” in top right corner of message in group sends reply to another chat.
• On the channel profile screen, the “Add to folder” option is now available in three-dots button menu.
• Fix freeze on forward messages box opening.
• Improve phrases in bot subscriptions.
