Steve Thomas took Cheltenham Council to court over their plans to unlawfully build a dangerous 5G mast 17 meters away from residential homes.

He argued that the council had not carried out a proper risk assessment, and the EMF frequencies and wireless radiation could affect people's hearing aids, metal implants and pacemakers, alongside other electrical equipment.

Steve has already WON his case in the High Court, but the judge corrupted his ruling afterwards, omitting and misquoting key points of Steve's evidence, paving the way for the council to appeal it.

On Wednesday Steve will be demanding a judicial review of the ruling. A win here could affect the way all councils conduct their risk assessments, forcing them to consider their constituents' objections more carefully.

Steve has asked for people to show up and support him, but remain calm and respectful in the public gallery. You will be there to observe and witness the hearing. NOT to create a scene!

UNLV Football Star Ben Christman Dies Suddenly at 21

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) community is in mourning following the sudden death of college football star Ben Christman.
The offensive lineman for UNLV’s football team was just 21 years old when he died suddenly.
Christman was found dead in an off-campus apartment on Tuesday, the school announced.
However, the cause of death is yet to be determined by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.

The deaths of two beloved surfers — a week apart — has shattered the Australian surfing community.
Mitch Baker, 32 and cancer victim Neil Luke have both lost their lives, breaking the hearts of all who knew them and beyond.
“Tragically, last week we lost two of Victorian Surfing’s finest,” Surfing Victoria said in a statement on Monday.

"As many of you know, I have been fighting for justice, and now I find myself facing a critical moment in the legal process. I am reaching out once again to request your support as I approach my sentencing hearing on 25 February 2025 at Westminster Magistrates Court. This is a crucial point in my case, and your presence and encouragement would mean the world.

In addition, I am pleased to announce that I am launching an appeal to be heard in the High Court in London. This is a significant step forward, and I am determined to continue to stand up and tell the truth.

One of the key aspects of my case involves the concerns around 5G technology, which I believe is more than just a communication system—it is a weapons system which gives off dangerous microwave radiation which is a known immune suppressant and carcinogenic.  I stand firm in my conviction that we need to raise awareness and take a stand against its potential misuse.  We have the right to a public debate as suggested by the recorder Nolan in Mark Steele's case in Gateshead.

If you are able to attend my hearing or support my appeal in any way, it would be greatly appreciated as I am fighting this fight alone and with no legal assistance. Every bit of solidarity makes a difference in the fight for justice.
