In pursuing a life of excellence, and the greatest fitness possible—and the limits of that are far higher for each of us than we think, even for fatbodies—losing fat is one-half of the coin also sided by building muscle.
The hardest fat to lose is visceral fat, the stuff that accumulates around your internal organs and causes most of the cataract-inducing body horrors that sane nationalists have to witness daily—many times in their own mirror; and in men it's linked to lower testosterone.
But there's an additional wrinkle not often taken into account: that so much of our body fat is from high-fructose corn syrup, preservatives, and seed oils—and that's just directly in our food as ingredients. Take account also of second-degree xenoestrogens like microplastics in packaging, glysophates from pesticides, and hormones given to livestock or ingested by feminized fish. The fat these create when our body tries to metabolize them and fails will not behave like the fat of a fatty fatbody a century ago, and our addressing them has to likewise be a novel approach.
Running, lifting, and eating right *might* give our bodies the leeway to flush those poisons out of our systems, but a conventionally healthy lifestyle will not work as fast on unconventional fats, and the fats themselves further retard the progress.
So abstain from easting.
Fast.Go three, four, five days without food. Force your body to perform a hard reset of its systems, and if three days does not net much improvement, then go four. Then five. Eventually, you will think of a whole week without food as nothing to balk at while everyone you know—weak as they are, soft as they are—will gawp with their mouths open like longhouse faggots.
I myself finished a four-day fast this Sunday by drinking 24 raw eggs in one sitting. I lost seven pounds from that fast, and with the previous two three-day fasts and a piddling two-day fast all in the past two months, I've lost over twenty pounds. Some of it will return, but the hope is that the shock to my cellular, metabolic, and endocrine system coincided with flushing out some of the visceral fat and the poisons held within.
I have good reason to believe that extended fasting paired with a gym program that targets testosterone-boosting exercises (sprinting, core body workout, high weight-low rep sets) will help cement the above micro-level changes and keep the fat burned as permanent as possible.
