Here we are talking about Love towards other people. What they mean is that people are chasing that initial feeling of love, when you have a crush on someone and feel your body heating up and flying when you see that someone. But that is not Love, that is the illusion of love, the Honeymoon phase, where I come from they call that "Seeing the world in pink" because you think your life is a Romance. But Love is not like in the Movies, where soulmates meet each other and have a perfect relationship, Love is when somebody is so important to you, you put them above yourself, and often times sacrifice yourself in some way for their benefit. That's why you have to pay attention to who you Love, because 1. there are bad people who are just gonna take advantage of your selflessness and 2. they have to appreciate it. When you look out for them and they look out for you, that is Love.The problem is that there is also Lust and people really easily made mistakes in Love for Lust because it gives the same feeling of iykyk.
