Allah commanded with Justice, and encouraged it. Rather Allah is described with this great attribute, Allah says
وَلا يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَدًا
and your Lord treats no one with injustice.
It is known with Ahlus Sunnah that the attributes which are negated (from Allah), it is necessary to affirm the opposite of these negated attributes in a most complete and perfect manner when it is regarding Allah. So he negated oppression from himself due to his complete justice.
Also the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم was upon a great moral conduct in this chapter, and in all other pathways of good. He used to dislike oppression and warn from it, rather he commanded those who migrated to start with migration to Abbasynia “for in it is a king that does not oppress those amongst him” or as the prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم said.
Thus justice is desired, the heavens and the earth are established by way of it, and for that reason the scales were placed on the day of judgment
