Recitation of Al-Shaykh Al-Fādil, ʾAbū Ḥātim Yūsuf al-Jazā'irī حفظه الله ورعاه.

Sūrah Yā-sīn, 77-83.

{ أَوَلَمۡ یَرَ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَـٰهُ مِن نُّطۡفَةࣲ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِیمࣱ مُّبِینࣱ }

{ Do people not see that We have created them from a sperm-drop, then—behold!—they openly challenge ˹Us˺? }

{ وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلࣰا وَنَسِیَ خَلۡقَهُۥۖ قَالَ مَن یُحۡیِ ٱلۡعِظَـٰمَ وَهِیَ رَمِیمࣱ }

{ And they argue with Us—forgetting they were created—saying, “Who will give life to decayed bones?” }

{ قُلۡ یُحۡیِیهَا ٱلَّذِیۤ أَنشَأَهَاۤ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةࣲۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلۡقٍ عَلِیمٌ }

{ Say, “They will be revived by the One Who produced them the first time, for He has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of every created being. }

{ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ ٱلۡأَخۡضَرِ نَارࣰا فَإِذَاۤ أَنتُم مِّنۡهُ تُوقِدُونَ }

{ (He is the One) Who gives you fire from green trees, and—behold!—you kindle ˹fire˺ from them. }

{ أَوَلَیۡسَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰ⁠تِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِقَـٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰۤ أَن یَخۡلُقَ مِثۡلَهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَهُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِیمُ }

{ Can the One Who created the heavens and the earth not easily resurrect these deniers?” Yes , He can! For He is the The Creator, All-Knowing. }

{ إِنَّمَاۤ أَمۡرُهُۥۤ إِذَاۤ أَرَادَ شَیۡـًٔا أَن یَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَیَكُونُ }

{ All it takes, when He wills something (to be), is simply to say to it: “Be!” And it is! }

{ فَسُبۡحَـٰنَ ٱلَّذِی بِیَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ وَإِلَیۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ }

{ So glory (the one who is free from all deficiencies and defects) be to the One in Whose Hands is the authority over all things, and to Whom alone you will all be returned. }
