Miguel Serrano Speech 1989. He was a Chilean diplomat, writer, mystic, and fascist activist. A National Socialist in the late 1930s and early 1940s, he later became a prominent figure in the NSs movement as an exponent of Esoteric Hitlerism. Miguel Serrano, was born on Septeraber 10, 19l7 to a distinguished family in Santiago, Chile. Although he embraced Marxism as a youth, Serrano quickly became disillusioned with the Left and in 1938 found himself drawn to the movement Nacional Socialist de Chile lNational Socialist Movement of Chilel following a large-scale massacre of many of its members during a failed coup. From July 1941 - January 1943, Serrano published his own biweekly political and literary review called La Nueva Edad lThe New Agel. Although initially indifferent to anti-Semitism, he soon began reprinting excerpts fuom The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
