🤵 It's been a month since the last post. There were lots of different tasks and it was hard to find time to create something valuable for this channel.

My reward (as Stonbassador) in December was significantly higher than October-November. I think it's a great result and I want to share some insides.

📌 You can't be an ambassador if you're not using the product.
It's impossible just because all of your content/ideas will be on a surface level. To make something valuable you need to be deep enough in your understanding of the project. I don't believe that it can be achieved through reading the information. I've been using STON.fi a lot (my articles about farming tsTON/TON, JETTON/TON, UP/TON) and I keep using it.

📌 I've upgraded my understanding of the product by talking with the people in the community.
In the previous post, I mentioned the Discord server. I've also pinned STON.fi RU and EN groups to see what's in people's mind. What can be problems with the DEX, what are the most common questions.

📌 Content utility.
It's great when your content has significant reach, but it's even better if you properly utilize it. E.g.: I was mentioning my articles with each new STON.fi farm announcement. I've translated my articles into my mother tongue and created a video based on them. To get a wider reach and spread the word.

📌 Feedback from the team.
For e.g. Winter Fest was a really important event for the whole TON Community and Stonbassadors were asked (via Discord) to spread the word about it. I can't say that a significant part of 400k+ participants came from my posts, but I've forwarded the Winter fest announcement to all of my Telegram Channels.

Stonbassadors program is a great opportunity to create crypto content and get rewarded for it. But it needs time and lots of work to get done.

🗿 It's been 1.5 months since my very first contribution to the Stonbassadors program. I am among 150 people who got rewards. I've tried different types of contributions and I want to share my experience and thoughts about it. Hope it will help you in your crypto journey.

📌 A deeper understanding of the product = better content.
E.g. lots of events, information, and activities are going on the Discord server. I've been not so active on it and that was a mistake. You can get rewards just for being an active community member.

📌 Value >= Reward.
I was trying to leverage my experience + my Telegram channels. I could do it better.

📌 Less submissions = better. And the team marked this point. Now you can submit your contribution only twice a month.
I've lost in submissions and I guess I've submitted same thing multiple times. I think there can be extra reward for the let's say all of the contribution.

I'm going to contribute even more through the #Stonbassadors program. Let's see how it will go.

👀 Not a long time ago I had experience with evaluating the contribution of ambassadors.
Today I want to share my discoveries based on that experience:

✔️ It's a good idea to utilize memes or infographics that you've created. If no one saw what you've done, then what are the benefits of the project?
You can post these on X or on other social media. If it's not restricted you can post it on the social media of the project (where you're an ambassador).

✔️ If you're making infographics/videos it's better to try keeping brand identity (colors, fonts, overall style).
Ambassador programs are usually used to increase brand recognition, engagement, etc. When you're using the same style you're multiplying the effect of your work.

✔️ Well-researched and crafted long article can be read easily if it is mixed with arts/screenshots/infographics (depending on the type of content that you're working on).
It's hard to consume a lot of text at once much easier to read it by blocks (my own opinion).

✔️ Always add project links if it's applicable (at the end of the post/article/Twitter thread).
You've created content, it reached the audience and it's great when people can get more info / ask a question / follow the project in one click.

❌ Don't use arts/video footage/gameplay of other projects.
This can mislead the audience.

❌ Avoid bad practices. If you're engaged with your primary account in shadow activities (e.g. you're sending mass DMs in Telegram, or promoting suspicious projects on X, etc.) it can lead to a ban on your account on the platform. You'll lose your network of connections, and your audience and you'll start from the very beginning.
Most of the good things need time to be done.

❓ How can I collaborate as an ambassador?
I can speak only from the perspective of my experience. But in short words the answer is "Increase project awareness and solve problems, that you can." You need to follow the Terms & Conditions, but you're an ambassador, so you have free will.

Let's focus on the examples:

📌 Does the project have all necessary infographics?
You can create Telegram stickers pack, pictures to promote ongoing events (e.g. zealy quest or giveaways), infographics that explains key advantages of the project, or provide simple instructions. Ask yourself what's unclear or can be done in a better way?

📌 Are there any possible guides and instructions for the project?
If you take a look at most common CEXs' they have guides for every step. Sign-up, trading, savings, staking, etc. More of it they also have video guides and infographics. Do some research, find key functions or processes, and cover them.

📌 How can I distribute content that I've translated?
The core idea is that all of your work should benefit the project. That's why if you translated an article or a document it should be easy to find, or somehow reused by the team of the project. That's why it's a great idea to: publish it on Medium (Medium articles can easily be picked up by Google Search); and publish it on social networks with a content recommendation system (e.g. YouTube can pick up and promote your content; if there is no official channel/group/etc. in your native language you can ask can you create one.

📌 How can I become a CM/administrator/moderator?
The answer is simple for me: show your skill in practice. You can be active in the official community. You can start conversations or keep them going if you see spam or inappropriate messages you can mention the team members.
