001. You must subscribe to @bloomprose before placing an order.

002. Full payment is required upfront. We do not accept partial payments or payments at the end of the process to prevent hit-and-run (HnR) cases.

003. Every transaction will be handled exclusively by @lostinwhirlwind (Emily only). Please make sure to attach your payment proof after completing the transaction.

004. For inrush orders with a deadline of under 6 hours, please confirm availability with us beforehand. Regular (non-inrush) orders are typically started within 2–4 days, depending on the current queue and the admin’s availability.

005. Minor revisions are limited to three (3) rounds. Any additional revisions beyond that will incur an extra fee of Rp500 per revision.
