1️⃣ How can I upgrade the number of followers to 500?

3 main requirements will have to be met:
a) The total number of followers has reached 250
b) You've completed KYC2
c) Principal Trader account has a balance of at least 1,000 USDT

Please send a screenshot of the 3 requirements met to @carrielyu in order to qualify for the upgrade.

2️⃣ How can I change my profile picture and username?

Currently only Principal Traders who have met 250 followers will be entitled to a profile update.

3️⃣ I have submitted an application to be a Principal Trader, when will I be approved?

For users who applied through bybit.com
- If you've passed the review process, you will receive an email notification that your Principal Trader account has been activated.
- You be able to trade immediately within 1-2 working days if approved
- If not approved, you will receive a separate email update

4️⃣ Why is my Principal Trader account not activated?

- Please ensure that you do not have assets in follower account when applying to be a Principal Trader, if not your Principal Trader will not be approved
- If you do have assets in your Follower account, please transfer them out before your Principal Trader account can be approved
- Korean text is currently not supported at the moment for Principal Trader nicknames

5️⃣ When will Copy Trading be launched on App?

We're aiming to have this launched by September 2022 - stay tuned!

Copy Trading feature update: Take Profit and Stop Loss functions are now live!

In order to meet the needs of more principal traders and followers, if the number of followers of principal traders has reached 250, it can be increased to 500, and the signature and avatar can be modified at the same time.

The principal trader is required to complete KYC2, and the principal trader's account funds are greater than 1000 USDT.

Traders who meet the above conditions can contact the administrator @carrielyu to make changes.

🥰✨Recent Principal trader FAQ's that I hope will help you.
(1) If my follower applies for registration, can he follow the order immediately?
A: After a user applies for follower, he needs to be added to the whitelist before he can follow the order.

(2) How long does it take for a user to be added to the whitelist after applying to become a follower?
A: After a follower has applied for registration, the UID will be added to the whitelist within 2 working days and then the order can be followed.

(3) Why is my account for the principal trader I applied for not yet activated successfully?
A: Because you have assets in your follower account and sub-account, please transfer them out and inform @Carrielyu to reactivate the account.

(4) Why is the profile not being displayed?
A: It exceeds the required 150 characters, please contact @Carrielyu for an update after shorter.

(5) How do I fill in the account details for Korean speaking users?
A: Korean-speaking users need to submit an account nickname and profile in English or another language to be activated successfully.

(6) Why is my order profitable, but the win rate is not 100%
A: Because your profit amount is low, if it is lower than the commission of this order, it cannot cover the commission expenses and the win rate will not show as 100%
