Brian Armstrong said that Bitcoin has likely already formed a local bottom around $60,000.
According to him, recent downward pressure on BTC was driven by three main factors:
capital rotation into the AI sector
growing interest in stablecoins amid regulatory developments
weakening of Bitcoin’s inflation-hedge narrative
Armstrong described these as short-term effects, while still viewing Bitcoin as “digital gold.”
He added that he expects significantly higher prices by 2030 and stated that he remains long Bitcoin.
