1. Please make sure that you are subscribed to @enviyous so you don't miss out on our latest updates!
2. Payment after sketch is always required, we accept payment via DANA & QRIS and send the proof of payment.
3. Do fill the format correctly and give clear descriptions / reference of the character you want, to avoid misunderstandings and mistakes between Levi and the client.
4. Commercial purpose commission will be feed 2X of the normal fee, for ex: Rp 60.000 ➤ Rp 120.000
5. Estimation on non-rush orders can take up to 1-30 days depending on the waiting list. It will also vary depending on how busy Levi is.
6. Inrush orders will ALWAYS be prioritized, to make an inrush order please contact @qNevy first to see if he's available for inrush. Inrush fee may start from Rp 15.000.
7. No refunds when art is being worked on / is completed.
8. Levi has rights to reject a commission if he feels like his skills cannot meet expectations.
