The last post was about synchronisation with reality using a visual cue. Now let's talk about something a bit spicier than just experiencing reality without constantly thinking about things whle you're doing it. There's no point in running both the processes of experiencing and analysis at the same time, since one process will affect the other one and put you out of synch.
Now, the method I've come up with and currently running is "short commands". Whenever I notice myself falling into thought, I'll give a short thought as to what I should do next. "Get up!" "Open that door" etc. The rest of the time you're just, through the "full view" observing what you're up to. The rest of the time you know what you should be doing, and if you've been stuck in thought for a long time, then just going into the full view and getting in synch is what you need to be doing. It's only through actually being here and living in reality that things happen.
I'll let you in on an experience I've had. At one point I was just sitting on my bed, thinking "I need to get up and go to work. Just get up, come on, I just need to get up and go to work. Come on, please. Get up now. Get up. Up." You can't convince yourself through thoughts alone to go do something when you've been sitting for five or ten minutes on the bed feeling like you're out of energy. The correct answer is "full view" and then adjusting the state of the body to the frequency you want it in.
You ever seen those "I'm gonna watch Drive (2011) to refresh my personality" posts, right? If you have trouble getting into a certain frequency by yourself, you can use external means to help your body assume the correct posture for the frequency you're looking for. One such, very powerful tool, is music.
Chips - Dag efter Dag
Put this one on, it doesn't matter if you understand the lyrics or not, the point is the feeling. Try to see how *deep* you can make your body feel this song, how happy you can feel, how loose your movements can be. It doesn't matter if you can't dance, since you don't dance, the music does, you're just letting go of the tight controls of your body and *allowing* it to start dancing to the rhythm and absorbing into itself the feeling of the song.
Your body *becomes* the music you listen to, so it doesn't matter what you are doing, do it to the rhythm of the music, and you'll start feeling the way the music does. The important thing is to FIRST try to feel what the music does with the body, without thinking, before amplifying the effect by getting your body in synch with the music. Listening through good speakers helps, but even with cheap earbuds you'll be able to feel *where* in the body the music is touching.
When you start 'embodying' music in this way, you'll start to notice that different tunes also have different personalities. Facial expression, style in moving the body and with it comes even the capacity to massively change the mental posture. Make sure you do all your listening while you've gotten in synch with your eyes already. Whatever the lyrics are, will also greatly impact your personality. This happens whether or not you are aware of it, so it can be a good idea to try different music out and see what it does to your body and your mental state in this way.
Now, you've got music to do this! Next is understanding that every external input has this effect on some level.
Now go out there and experience reality with greater capacity, using your entire body to feel things, rather than going around all day feeling the thoughts in your head, which, due to ignorance, get shaped by external factors rather than active decisions you make.
