FOR THE ONE WHOSE PRESENCE FLICKERS LIKE FILM LIGHT / A Birthday Letter Etched in Grain, Bound by Time, and Carried Gently Through the Pages of the Years. 📼
The soft ticking of a clock left too long on a dusty shelf, and the rustle of old pages tell another chapter. Not of ink, but of time moving forward. In this new year, they steps into the new year as if a letter is being slipped into an envelope, hope is used to seal it up, and it is sent out into the big, wide world.
How they carry their story, there is something endlessly beautiful, the grain of film, just the right light that catches, or the warmth of a voice recorded on tape and then just plays even after the moment is past. They are a memory in the making, a photograph in sepia tones, a melody played from vinyl that does not grow old.
Let the days to come be marked with laughter in the margins and joy between the lines. I hope every morning are met with their sound as the kiss of a typewriter key striking new, intent, grace-filled paper. Even the quietest hours may hum with wonder. May the extraordinary soul called YOO HARAM enjoy a happy birthday and may every pretty representation that keeps their soul in kindness and depths be: my beloved Niece–Issadore Myrthesa (@YuhaKam), Candis Amouly (@YuYuvha). I am grateful for your heart that keeps their light alive in stories, in smiles and in the softest echoes of being.
Warm regards,
Diego Frost.
