Deadlines, Submission Formats & Resources

Here are the key upcoming dates and submission details:
• 🛎 Registration Deadline: April 15
• 🤝 Team Formation Deadline: April 15
• 📨 Proposal Submission Deadline: April 20
• ❌ Elimination Round: Begins after April 20
• ✅ Final Project Submission: April 30 (for selected teams)

Proposal Submission Formats (choose one):
• ✅ A Figma prototype or sample project link (recommended)
• 📹 A video (max 5 mins) uploaded to YouTube/Drive
• 📄 A pitch deck or written documentation

After April 20, we’ll review all proposals and eliminate teams based on strength, clarity, and feasibility. Teams that move forward will be notified by email (sent to the team lead).

Please make sure to:
• Watch the YouTube recording for the problem overview
