The Victorian government has made it so a school principal can decide if your teenager is mature enough to consent to a vaccination such as the Covid vaccine. If this horrifies you as much as it does us, we can help you put your child's school on notice that you do not give consent for them to be vaccinated even if their principal deems them mature enough to make the decision themselves. 🛑⛔️​

Nowhere in this Victorian Education Department Policy Document does it say that the principal has the authority to determine that the student is mature enough to make that decision. ❌❌​

Rather, the policy clearly states that the parent has the complete authority over the child under the age of 18 - unless it has been previously decided that the child is mature enough to make their own decisions, and that decision is to be made by the parents, a court or by the parent and child together. ✅✅​

There is no Law of the Commonwealth which states that School Principals can make medical decisions regarding vaccinations for a student, which makes these directives from the State Government unconstitutional and cannot lawfully be actioned. ‼️​

We heard a story the other day we thought we’d better share with you because it was a little disturbing to say the least. 😳

A mother of 3 who’s never been in trouble with the law was very upset with the Victorian politicians last year. She got loud about it on her Facebook, declaring her disgust with local politicians as well as Dan Andrews. For a total of 2.5 months she spoke out on Facebook.🗣

One of the local politicians she was unhappy with, decided she warranted referral to the Department of Premier & Cabinet (Dan’s team) parliamentary security adviser who put her under “digital surveillance”. 👁

Yes that’s right she was put on a “watch list” for disagreeing with Victorian politicians. 😱

Does that disturb you as much as it disturbs us? 🤯

From there she was referred to the Victorian Fixated Threat Assessment Team of VicPol.👮🏾‍♀️

Remember, this was only because she spoke against particular politicians. At no time were they threatened or in any danger.🤦🏻‍♀️

And no. This wasn’t in America. This happened in Australia to an ordinary citizen. Not a terrorist. Not a lunatic. Not a criminal. She’s just a mum who was sick of our elected representatives not representing us in any way and she spoke out on the only platform she had. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Moral of the story:

The phones we have all come to love, have become spy tools for the government and other agencies, if they choose to put you on a “watch list” even just for disagreeing with them.😡

So what’s the answer? How do we stop the government, other agencies and big tech having access to our personal data, photos and God knows what else?🤔

If you had small numbers at your local protest March today do not be disheartened. We cannot compare to BLM or any protests like that. Those issues have been around for years.

Instead compare percentages of the population who were at your local protest today.

For example, Mildura’s percentage of the population at the protest today was 0.07%.

The cup day protest in Melbourne was 0.04% of the population.

Although the protest today in Mildura had 22 people there and Melbourne cup day had approximately 2000, the percentage of the population was higher for the regional town.

To work out the percentage of people who attended the protest today in your area, take the number of protesters and divide it by the number of people who live in the city or town. Then times it by 100 to get your percentage. 👌🏻

We hope this helps.
