With our founder currently missing, I have created this second channel to continue advocacy for pro-white advocates.
Justice-Initiative.net is a political prisoner directory whose mission is to support White inmates persecuted by an anti-White system.

😣Sean Kauffmann, a Tennessee nationalist and organizer, is being prosecuted on unsubstantiated domestic assault charges. On the evening of 3-22-24, he and his wife had an escalating argument. In the heat of the moment, Mrs. Kauffmann called the police. Consequently, Sean was arrested that night. Mrs. Kauffmann never signed a statement nor pursued charges, and Sean was never Mirandized at the time of his arrest. The incident statement was not signed by his wife and is only based on presumptions by the responding officers.
Mrs. Kauffmann never pressed charges with the police nor the DA, and she is not willing to give testimony for the prosecution.

⚖️The judge and district attorney overseeing Sean’s case have a clear political bias against him due to his nationalist beliefs and lifestyle. Despite the district attorney being somewhat reasonable and at least reducing the "child abuse" charge to "child endangerment," the state is pushing for the maximum punishment and unreasonable plea conditions (which Sean has refused). Additionally, the SPLC and journalist Jordan Green of Raw Story have launched a smear campaign against him related to the case.

🤝Sean Kauffmann isn't perfect; none of us are. But, I can say from my years of knowing him and his reputation in every circle he's part of, Sean Kauffmann is certainly NOT a "child abuser" or violent towards his family, but rather a flawed man that the system wants to drown in weaponized prosecution for having the wrong political opinions. Given the truth and facts of this situation, most men would already be walking away free of charges. He is being prosecuted for his beliefs, not his actions.

⚫️At the end of the day, Sean is a working-class husband, father, and mentor who is deeply invested in and respected by his community.

⚫️This situation, which could have been resolved without police involvement, has been exacerbated far beyond its reality. This is political lawfare to bankrupt Sean, and not only him but his family, which the state claims to represent in this case. To further prove this, Mrs. Kauffmann will now have to hire a lawyer to represent herself since she refuses to testify for the state.

⚫️Ask yourself, who does this help or protect?
Certainly not the Kauffmann family!
And certainly not the taxpayers!
But hey, I'm sure the SPLC is thrilled to see the Kauffmann family suffer and be torn apart.

For those who want to donate to the legal fund for Sean and Brittney the link is here, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Sean and Brittney’s legal fees in total are over $25,000!

🎉 We at the Justice Initiative are pleased to hear that the judge in the Daniel Penny case has dismissed the second-degree manslaughter charges against him.

⁉️On May 1, 2023, Daniel Penny was riding the subway in New York when Jordan Neely, a violent black with a history of mental illness, began acting aggressively and menacing passengers. In an effort to protect himself and others, Penny, acting as a Good Samaritan, restrained Neely in a chokehold. Neely died during the incident.

⚫️It is absurd that the prosecutor sought to charge Penny with second-degree manslaughter and negligent homicide. This case bears similarities to how the anti-White system charged Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin with second-degree and third-degree murder, as well as second-degree manslaughter, following the death of George Floyd.

⚫️While this dismissal is a positive step for Mr. Penny, we hope the charges are ultimately dropped entirely.

We need your support to keep J-I going. For years, J-I has been sustained almost entirely by a small group of dedicated volunteers who have spent thousands of dollars out of their own pockets to send books, commissary, letters, and a well-received newsletter to prisoners. Unfortunately, due to rising costs, we may no longer be able to continue producing the newsletter without your help.

If you would like to contribute to keeping the newsletter alive and ensuring we can continue sending books to prisoners, donations can be made to a Monero account set up by a volunteer. We have ambitious plans to expand our outreach, but financial limitations are holding us back. We regularly receive letters from other White inmates who have read the newsletter and want to receive their own copies. Printing hundreds of pages and purchasing stamps is costly, and as political persecution increases, so do our expenses.

Our goal is to reach as many White inmates as possible, regardless of whether they are political prisoners. In the past, J-I volunteers have also provided clothing and essentials to recently released inmates. With more resources, we would love to continue this important work. Offering basic items like work clothes, shampoo, soap, and razors makes a huge difference to those who have nothing when they get out. It’s one less burden for them to bear as they rebuild their lives.

If you believe in the ideals of our cause, supporting our brothers and sisters who have sacrificed their freedom for our struggle is crucial. Ensuring they are not forgotten is one of the most meaningful ways to show your commitment.

⚖️ On Friday, October 11th, Florida-based attorney and White nationalist Augustus Sol Invictus was found guilty in a Virginia court of "burning an object with intent to intimidate." This charge carries a potential sentence of up to five years. His conviction follows Albemarle County’s unsealing of a dozen indictments related to the Unite the Right rally, and comes shortly after the arrest of ex-Marine Vasillios Pistolis on September 18th for his involvement. Additionally, Thomas Rousseau, founder and leader of the Patriot Front, was arrested in Virginia for the same charge in late February of this year.

🔥 The charge of "burning an object with intent to intimidate" stems from an old Virginian "Anti-Klan law," which addresses the Ku Klux Klan's use of cross burning, an ancient Celtic tradition, at their rallies. In 2018, shortly after the events of Unite the Right, Virginia legislation attempted to amend the law to include "carrying a flame-producing instrument." This is clearly a move by the anti-White establishment to criminalize the freedom of speech of Unite the Right protesters.

⚫️It is also noteworthy that both prosecutors in the Invictus case, Lawton Tufts and Armin Zijerdei, were present on August 12th, counter-demonstrating against Unite the Right alongside violent Antifa and Black Lives Matter activists, none of whom have faced any charges.

⚫️Mr. Invictus is appealing his case to the Supreme Court.

With the disappearance of our previous leader, we have unfortunately lost access to the previous J-I telegram channel. For the foreseeable future the J-I will post here. We are working on getting operations back up and running soon. We thank everyone for their patience.
