Consistency is not doing something in a row without missing.
It is rather your ability to recover from stress and exhaustion and come back to normal routine again.
For most us, our consistency is broken when first obstacle appears. Nuh! As soon as you overcome that, come back to the schedule again. This is the sign of your consistency.
