a. mandatory subscription: all participants must subscribe to @milehours. leaving after the event will result in an automatic ban. 

b.  proper submission: entries must follow the given format and be sent only within the designated time. 

c. fair participation: you may join multiple times if you haven’t won, but limit yourself to attempt if possible to give others a chance.
