Too many women today are neurotic. This unhealthy and miserable manifestation of internal pain results in women unwilling to be responsible for their actions, since they lack self-awareness and recognition of their wounds, as they take their neuroses out on those around them. It stems from the lack of commitment to oneself in building inner resilience to stress and conflict...

Likewise, do not entertain the neuroses of women who take out their blame, negativity, accusations, and attacks on you. Your calibre speaks for itself. Your commitment to your growth and improvement is all you need to focus on. You do not owe anyone an interaction. Stop apologizing, stop defending yourself, stand firmly in what you know is good and true. Walk away. Become a leader in your own life, carry yourself with grace and levity, with a smouldering fire that burns away anything that does not serve your highest and greatest good.

Not even five years ago, Europe was regarded across the rest of the West and the world as the place young adults aspired to travel, spend their summers, backpack and work in vineyards, visit castles and cathedrals, and fall in love. Young women were safe to travel alone – albeit with common sense and caution, as is always wise no matter whether one is at home or abroad – but today, even European native women are afraid to walk alone, be out after dark for a run or a night out with friends...

Will we women stay silent as our birthright and freedom are denied by those we did not elect to speak and make decisions on our behalf? Or will we come together in unity to protect each other, our nations, our families and friends? And if Instagram or anyone else has a problem with these comments and questions, then I cannot think of a more anti-woman and anti-feminine stance and reaction.

I’m finally settled into my new home in Europe and throughout this process I was constantly reminded of my appreciation for men – for their ability, skills, tools, and resources – because there is no way I could have moved and put together furniture or installed curtains and cabinets without their help. I imagine this appreciation would be lost on feminists and man-haters, though I wonder who the kind of people are that would ever help them move into a new home? Thank goodness for good men.
