Another rant, I found out that Telegram Android team(?) basically steals from PRs and commit as their own, see timestamp on my screenshots for evidence.

(There's more but I'm lazy to screenshot them all, basically 2 out of 3 PR about memory leak is kanged, and the last one is unpatched)

Smol rant: I wonder why would anyone accept a PR from someone who can't even keep commit authorship properly, definitely not talking about some other updated NekoX fork. *cough* Na *cough cough*

Test features:
- Add back admin list, member list and permissions in chat edit page for non-admins
- Ignore all received reaction (that smol button with heart icon is no longer displayed & read all reactions on receive), disabled by default, enable in NekoX settings -> Chat

Note: previous "bad" builds were removed ;-;
